1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to and using Quantum Ribbon Pro ("the Indicator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe to or use the Indicator.

2. License Grant

Subscription: Upon subscribing, Trendline Project grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quantum Ribbon Pro on TradingView for your personal trading purposes. This license remains active only for the duration of your active subscription. Access will be revoked upon cancellation or payment failure.

One-Time / Bundle Purchase: Upon completing a one-time or bundle purchase, Trendline Project grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to use Quantum Ribbon Pro on TradingView for your personal trading purposes. This license does not expire and is not subject to recurring billing.

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the Indicator to others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Indicator for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Indicator
  • Transfer your license to another person or TradingView account

3. Payment, Billing and Refunds

All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy.

Subscription Plans: Quantum Ribbon Pro is available on a Monthly ($99/month) or Annual ($708/year) subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges on your chosen billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Subscription Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

One-Time / Bundle Purchase: One-time and bundle purchases are charged as a single payment and grant perpetual access as described in Section 2. There are no recurring charges.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this product and instant access to proprietary software, all payments — whether subscription or one-time — are non-refundable. We strongly recommend:

  • Testing the free Quantum Ribbon Lite version first
  • Reviewing demo videos and documentation
  • Ensuring the Indicator fits your trading style before purchasing

4. Access and Delivery

After subscribing:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your license key and access instructions
  • You must provide your TradingView username to receive access
  • Access will be granted within 24 hours (typically much faster)
  • The Indicator will appear in your "Invite-Only Scripts" on TradingView
  • Access to all included tools (Indicator, Scanner, Backtester) is tied to your active subscription

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong TradingView username).

5. Updates and Support

Subscription Updates: Your active subscription includes access to all future updates and improvements to Quantum Ribbon Pro and included tools at no additional cost for the duration of your subscription.

One-Time / Bundle Updates: One-time and bundle purchases include lifetime access to all future updates and improvements at no additional cost.

Support: We provide email support for technical issues at info@trendlineproject.com. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee immediate responses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Quantum Ribbon Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that:

  • The Indicator will generate profitable trades
  • The Indicator will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The Indicator will meet your specific requirements
  • Past performance will predict future results

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Trendline Project shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the Indicator
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period
  • We are not responsible for TradingView platform issues, downtime, or changes to their service

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Key risks include:

  • Market volatility and price fluctuations
  • Leverage magnifying both gains and losses
  • Execution delays and slippage
  • Technical failures and system outages

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Termination and Access Suspension

Subscription customers — access will be suspended or terminated if:

  • Your subscription is cancelled — access continues until end of the current billing period
  • A payment fails or is declined — access is suspended until payment is resolved

All customers (subscription and one-time) — access will be terminated immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You share or redistribute the Indicator
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You attempt to reverse engineer the software

Termination or suspension does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.

10. Intellectual Property

Quantum Ribbon Pro, including all code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Trendline Project and is protected by copyright and trade secret laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Indicator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania (European Union). Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
